"Built by E & L Berg, the renowned builders and developers, who created some of the most eye-catching family homes from the mid-1930s. This house is no exception, having many of the classic Berg features that reveal themselves once the front door opens into the panelled reception hall. The living room has a feature fireplace and there are folding doors that open into the dining room that overlooks the lovely rear garden. There is a modern kitchen with a built-in oven and hob, an integrated washing machine and dishwasher.

On the first floor the main bedroom is at the rear of the house and overlooks the lovely garden. It also has a door to a walk-in eaves room that could be used for additional bedroom accommodation, a dressing room or even a study. There are 2 more bedrooms and the family bathroom with a modern white suite that also includes a separate shower cubicle. There is also a separate wc.
