"This spacious detached bungalow is situated to the northwest of Fetcham village within easy reach of village amenities and close to Bookham Common and Bookham station. The property also benefits from underfloor heating, intruder alarm, garage, off-street parking and a garden.

The accommodation is well presented with adaptable accommodation arranged across a single storey comprising an entrance hall with storage cupboard opening to a generous 23ft sittingdining room and adjoining kitchen, a bathroom, two good sized double bedrooms and a main bedroom with en suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes while the third bedroom is smaller and would also be well suited as a study.

Situation
The historic market town of Leatherhead is surrounded by spectacular countryside and acts as a gateway to the beautiful Surrey Hills. There is easy access from Junction 9 of the M25 with both Gatwick and Heathrow an easy drive. The town is both a popular centre of commerce and also offers a vibrant community with a selection of shops, good schools in both the state and private sector, restaurants, cinematheatre and pubs. The mainline station has fast commuter services into London in around 35 minutes. There is excellent walking and riding country locally at Box Hill, Mickleham Downs and Headley Heath. The river Mole is also close by and there is a working farm attraction, Bocketts Farm Park which is popular with families.
