"Overview
House Network Ltd are delighted to present this 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, semi-detached house extended at front and rear (2011). South facing rear garden (approx 200ft). Detached double garage/workshop with loft. Off road parking for 3 cars. Has been renovated throughout. Total new central heating system fitted 2012 and new roof 2014.

The ground floor (wood laminate throughout) has been extended extensively (2011) to provide a spacious living area and large kitchen/diner with separate utility room and two good sized reception rooms. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with power showers, one has a bath. There is plenty of storage space around the house. The detached garage/workshop is very large with strip lighting and electrical sockets and it has an loft for storage. The rear south facing garden is approx 200ft long with 2 patio areas. The property has been renovated throughout and had a full central heating system including boiler, hot & cold water tanks, radiators and pipework in copper fitted throughout (2012) as well a power shower and new pump. The roof was replaced in 2014. It has wall cavity (2010) and loft insulation. The loft is boarded out for additional storage space. There is space for 3 cars to park on the two drives plus spaces in the road immediately outside as well as a drive that runs the full depth of the property to the side.

Fetcham is a lovely commuter village with forest walks just behind us and the famous Surrey Hills,Box Hill & Leith Hill, for keen cyclists and walkers just a few miles away. Leatherhead & Bookham main railway lines are within a couple miles with direct trains to Waterloo & Victoria. Both the M25 and the A3 to London are about 10 minutes drive and the A24 runs on the outskirts of Fetcham. There is good access to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

This area has very good local schools. A friendly village feel with various shops including Sainsburys and a local pub within walking distance. Leatherhead ( approx 1m away) is the main shopping area with supermarkets such as Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl.
