"Our clients have lived in this impressive property for the last 20 years, during which time they have created a wonderfully bright and airy home as well as a delightful landscaped garden. The well propertioned downstairs rooms radiate from the large tiled hallway, which gives an immediate impression of the condition and space this generous home offers. The main living room has a gas fire and brick surrounds and chimney breast as its focal point, together with double doors which lead in to the recently built conservatory, which has lovely views down the garden and double doors on to the rear terrace. The dining room can easily seat 8 people for those formal occasions, whilst the 3rd reception is currently used as a study by our clients. This could very easily be a 3rd bedroom, especially with the fabulous downstairs shower room which is fully tiled with large walk-in shower, white wc, sink and heated towel rail.
