"Located in the sought after Meath Green area, this 4 bedroom spacious home is an ideal family home with easy access to schools and transport links. The property enters into an entrance hall with coat hanging space and door to cloakroom and dining room. The living room is accessed off the dining room and has a bay window to the front of the property and patio doors leading out into the conservatory. There is a gas fireplace with wood and polished stone surround and hearth that gives the room an attractive focal point. The conservatory is of a brick and UPVC construction and has the added benefits of heater, ceiling fan and ceiling blinds allowing it to be used all year round and offers stunning views of the garden. The dining room has a window to the side of the property and an open staircase to the first floor. The kitchen, situated to the rear of the property was refitted in 2013 with a modern range of wall and base units with the addition of a breakfast bar. Integral units include waist height oven with microwave, hob with glass and chrome cooker hood over, built in fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
