"LOCATION There are excellent schools for all ages situated nearby and the large and vibrant town centre of Horley, just 0.6 miles distant provides a wide range range of shopping and leisure facilities.

Horley also offers excellent transport links, making it a favoured commuter town. Gatwick Airport is just a 10 minute drive and high-speed trains run from Horley (0.9 miles distant) and Gatwick station with regular connections to both London Bridge and London Victoria. The M23 and M25 motorways are also within easy reach, with direct routes into the Capital.
