"Picture the lifestyle ..... You are cooking at the brick built BBQ area with granite worktops in the garden, the door bell rings, you pick up the phone, talk through the doorbell and let them in or not. In fact, this sets the tone of the house, a very high end finish throughout with unique fixtures and fittings.
Dating back to the late 1800's with its former use a coach house with the history, character and fully loaded with mod-cons, what more could you want? Set at the end of a private gravelled driveway, tucked away in a beautiful spot, greeted with parking for 3/4 cars with 2 separate garages, an added bonus. Upon entering, a large entrance hall awaits with parquet flooring, with rooms off to the fabulous kitchen, by far one of the most impressive kitchens you would have seen in this price range of house. On two sides of the room are high end units with granite worktops and a Island with built in sink, fridge drawers and dishwasher drawers with one of the largest pieces of granite you will see. Keep your feet warm with the under floor heating. Other features include a 19ft lounge with dual aspect and window seat. Through to the conservatory with doors to the rear garden and more importantly the spectacular bbq area. The rear garden in the summer is known as party central with the brick built outside kitchen area boasting granite worktops adjacent to the summer house including power and heating for when those nights close in.
A fabulous house, in fact a must see!

What the Owner says:

We bought here because we saw a lot of potential and the really private setting, we love it. So often we have people over, to our friends it is known as the party house, especially in the summer. Unfortunately, we have the house just how we want it, now it is time to go. We have installed cat 5 wiring throughout, new electrics, extended the kitchen, replaced the bathroom and en-suite, installed the barbecue area and summer house, burglar alarm and unique entry system. As you can see a lot of thought, time and care has gone into it all. We will be very sad to go.
