"Behind closed doors …….
Electric double gates welcome you to a tucked away gem. The large sweeping driveway invites you towards the house, set firmly central to the plot with nothing but privacy on all sides. The house has undergone a large phase of remodelling and updating and to its credit is now a fabulous family home. A large entrance hall welcomes you in with double doors to the lounge and kitchen/breakfast room. The dual aspect living room with a feature fireplace for those cosy nights in and French doors opening to the rear garden. The most used room in the house, you will see why when you visit, is the kitchen. Opened up over time so hosting friends and families was a lot more fun, with 25ft of under floor heating coupled with delightful high quality units, integral appliances and black granite worktops. The west facing conservatory is a lovely place to watch the sun set or even watch the children play in the garden. Further, a snug/family room is an ideal place for the children to make their own noise, whilst being out of your hair. A dining room, utility and two cloakrooms round off downstairs. Upstairs, four unique bedrooms, the master suite is a lovely room one to really enjoy, with a delightful en-suite shower room with his and hers sinks, and why not enjoy breakfast or a refreshing drink on the terrace off the master suite. A separate bathroom and shower room finishes upstairs. A mature garden surrounds the house, with the added bonus of a detached double garage with electric door.

It will be a shame, but time has come. We have had so many fun times here, with friends and family filling the grounds as often as they can. We would not have enjoyed our home nearly as much if we hadn’t gone through the stress and strain of developing the house.

We obtained planning to build out to the right towards the garage, we decided against this as we thought the house was big enough for us. Having undergone a complete door and window replacement program, we will lastly replace the frames of the conservatory, so we hope you will find no fault and just want to move in.
