"An individual versatile and spacious detached family house, with a self contained annexe having its own entrance or can be accessed through the utility room. The property occupies a commanding position with views across Haslemere from many of the rooms and has over recent years been extended and updated and now provides great living space, including a magnificent kitchen/breakfast room, spacious hall and a study with an adjoining office, with separate outside access, so could be used as a home office. As well as the main house the annexe offers two bedrooms, a good size sitting room, kitchen/breakfast room and a shower room/w.c.

Situation
The property is just off Shepherds Hill which is an attractive road consisting of a variety of properties. It is well situated for access to the mainline station and Haslemere High Street which has a number of individual shops including boutiques and gift shops, restaurants, cafes and Waitrose. The local area is surrounded by some beautiful countryside including Blackdown, Marley Common and the Devil's Punchbowl which offers a wealth of walking opportunities and bridlepaths. Other recreational opportunities include some excellent golf courses at Hindhead and Liphhook, sailing at Chichester and Frensham and a number of leisure centres. The mainline station offers a frequent service to London Waterloo in under the hour and the A3 is accessed at Hindhead and provides a good road link to London and the south coast.
