"A substantial and flexible family home situated on a large plot of approximately 0.32 of an acre, with part tile hung and part brick face elevations under a tiled roof. The property offers bright and spacious accommodation with the benefit of a potential annexe which could be formed out of the existing fourth reception room, subject to any necessary permissions. In addition to the double aspect drawing room which has the benefit of a working fireplace, there is a family room and separate dining room and at first floor level the master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. There are four further bedrooms (all with fitted wardrobes) and a family bathroom. There is scope to provide additional accommodation subject to the necessary planning permissions. We strongly advise an internal inspection.

Situation
The property is found in the highly regarded Scotland Lane area of Haslemere within about half a mile of the town centre and mainline station. Haslemere offers an excellent range of facilities including specialist shops and stores, supermarkets and superb educational facilities for most age groups, both state and privately run. The mainline station offers a frequent service to London Waterloo in under an hour or alternatively there is access to the A3 (M) at Hindhead or Milford providing a road link to both London and the south coast. The M25 can be reached on the A3 at Wisley which connects with the national motorway network.
