Off the hallway there is access to the sitting room, a good size room with a wood burning stove and large glazed sliding patio doors to balcony with views over the garden. There is also access to the study/bedroom and adjacent to the sitting room is the dining room again with windows over looking the garden and door to balcony with the adjacent bright kitchen. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where there is access to the bedroom accommodation which includes master bedroom, two bathrooms, three further bedrooms and from the smallest there are By-fold doors providing access to the rear decking/terrace a great space for entertaining which is on two levels with steps leading down to the remainder of the garden.

Situation
The property is found in a highly regarded and popular area just off Scotland Lane which is within about half a mile of the town centre and mainline station. Haslemere offers an excellent range of facilities including specialist shops and stores, supermarkets and superb educational facilities for most age groups, both state and privately run. The mainline station offers a frequent service in under an hour or alternatively there is access to the A3(M) at Hindhead or Milford providing a good road link to both London and the South Coast. The M25 can be reached at the junction with the A3 at Wisley which connects to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports as well as the national motorway network.
