Situation
The property is located in a wonderful position near the town centre of Haslemere which offers a wide range of shopping, transport and leisure facilities. The mainline station is within quarter of a mile and provides a service between Portsmouth and London Waterloo. The area itself is well known for its beautiful countryside which includes many walks and bridleways as well as a vast amount of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing at Chichester and the South Coast, numerous golf courses, polo at Cowdray, horse and motor racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
