"1 Hollyridge is an excellent family house located within ? mile of both the station and High Street on this small development, with a large garden. The accommodation is spacious throughout and whilst mainly in good condition, the property could benefit from some cosmetic updating. There is a spacious and welcoming entrance hall with doors opening to a large sitting room and dining room - perfect for entertaining; a garden room with a lovely outlook onto the gardens; good sized kitchen/breakfast room with separate utility. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom, which includes a large master with fitted wardrobes and an en suite.
