"A three bedroom home in the heart of Haslemere town centre, within moments of the High Street, yet quiet and with views of the Surrey Hills. The house has three reception areas and a private and secluded garden, off street parking and a garage are available.

Situation
Hales Field is ideally situated within walking distance of Haslemere's old town centre and therefore is arguably one of the most sought after roads in the area. Haslemere station, which serves London Waterloo in approximately 50 minutes is a ten minute walk away. Haslemere benefits from an excellent range of shops, restaurants, cafes and public houses. The town has two hotels, both of which have spas. Haslemere has an excellent range of sporting facilities and local youth and senior teams. There is excellent golf in the area at Hindhead, Blackmoor and Liphook. The town is surrounded by many acres of National Trust land. The A3 is accessed at Hindhead with connection to the M25 which in turn gives access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, London and the South Coast. There are excellent schools in the vicinity both state and private.

Outside
From the side entrance to the house there is a path that leads to the front door and also a path to the kitchen door. On this level of the garden there is a secluded and private patio area that leads to the conservatory. The rest of the garden is mainly shrubs and a number of water features, on the top level of the garden there is a decked area which has splendid views of the Surrey Hills and beyond. From the top of the garden there is another gate leading to the single garage and private parking space.
