"An individual detached quality property understood to have been built in the 1920's retaining much of the original charm and character and features of the period. The property is well situated on the site for extending and enlarging subject to the usual permissions but currently the accommodation is arranged over two floors. From the entrance hall there is access to the double aspect sitting room with a large Inglenook style fireplace. There is a separate dining room, a small rear lobby with a door to garden and further door to study or family room. There is a kitchen/breakfast room with a walk-in pantry and a good size downstairs cloakroom. At first floor level the main bedroom is a double aspect room with a range of built-in cupboards and three further bedrooms, two with built-in wardrobes and one with an eaves cupboard and there is a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubical.

Situation
Situated in a highly desirable and regarded residential location within a mile of the High Street and approximately a quarter mile from the station. Haslemere offers an excellent range of specialist shops and stores as well as supermarkets. With the commuter in mind the mainline station offers a frequent service to London Waterloo in under an hour or alternatively by road there is access to the A3(M) Hindhead where there is a road link to both London and the South Coast. Schooling in the area is excellent both state and privately run and Haslemere is well served by many clubs and societies catering for most interests. There are sports centres and miles of open countryside criss-crossed by foot and bridle paths ideal for both walking and riding.

Outside
Approached via a five bar gate there is a brick pavior drive and parking area which provides access to the double garage and pathway to the front door. Principally the gardens are found to the rear, laid to lawns with many specimen shrubs bushes, trees and stocked flower borders.
