Situation
The cottage is set in a highly sought after location, with amenities close at hand. The lane has a mixture of older style and period houses and cottages and there is also a recreation green nearby (Lion Green), as well as a convenience store. The train station is within a relatively short walk and there is a selection of varied shops and restaurants along Wey Hill, which Lion Lane runs off. Close to Shottermill School. Please note that there is a right of way across the rear for the neighbours.
