    A detached four bedroom family home, with stunning, landscaped gardens, located a short drive from Guildford.
    Situation
    Red Roofs is a detached family home that offers spacious and well planned accommodation over two floors. The attractive entrance to the property leads into a hallway and also the study, which is located away from the rest of the house, perfect for working from home. There are two phone lines into the house with infinity broadband at 40Mb/s download speeds.

    The downstairs accommodation consists of a spacious, and open plan kitchen/dining room, which in turn leads into a large conservatory, currently used as an additional reception room. The main sitting room is very cosy with an attractive open fire, and is accessed from either the hallway or the conservatory. There is also a utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a range of built in wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room, whilst there are three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. All sanitary ware throughout the house is Villeroy and Boch.

    The garden at Red Roofs has been completely landscaped with attractive stone paving surrounding the entire property. The garden is bordered by attractive fencing together with electric gates at the entrance to the property, making it a very secure and private property. The south west terrace by the conservatory provides a wonderful sun trap and BBQ entertaining area with an outlook over the garden, lawn and the borders. There is a beautiful weeping gum tree and mature shrubs including Hibiscus, Bottlebrush, Pieris, Australis, hydrangeas, New Zealand tree fern, Camelia, winter jasmine and acer.
