"An attractive nineteenth century character cottage set in superb West facing grounds. There is a wealth of character such as the exposed ceiling and wall beams, inglenook fireplaces and a minstrel's gallery to the drawing room.

THE PROPERTY There is a covered entrance with the front door opening to a Reception Hall with stairs to first floor with open plan area under. The Drawing and Sitting rooms both have inglenook open fireplaces, exposed ceiling beams and low voltage ceiling lighting. Both have glazed doors opening onto the West facing rear garden. There is a Minstrel's Gallery accessed via a staircase above the Drawing room, currently being used as a Study which benefits from a fine view over open fields.
