"Situated in a quiet and attractive corner of the 57 acres, parkland style Queen Elizabeth Park, a beautifully presented and cleverly extended semi detached home with a lovely open outlook to the front. The house has been immaculately maintained by our clients who have also carried out a loft extension which has given the property a very unusually light and airy fourth bedroom on the top floor. On the ground floor the living space is very much in an open plan style with a large kitchen/dining/living room that has doors out onto the terrace and garden as well as opening out onto the front of the house. The kitchen is beautifully fitted out with a full range of wooden units, partly tiled walls and a stainless steel oven and hob and there is an integrated speaker system in the ceiling all in all making this a very workable and practical living space. On the middle floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and at the back of the house the garden has been cleverly landscaped to provide a lawned area with a further sunken terrace that makes a delightful spot for outside eating during the summer months.
