"This period cottage offers deceptively spacious accommodation with a great layout, a good-sized rear garden and off-street parking, whilst being located in a residential street close to local shops yet still within easy access of the town centre and mainline station. The front door leads directly into the living room, which is a decent size and has a front aspect bay window and a feature gas fireplace. This room is open plan to a great sized side aspect kitchen with a modern range of gloss white units and contrast black laminate worktop incorporating a breakfast bar, built-in Firenzi double oven, 4-ring gas hob with extractor chimney above, built-in Firenzi dishwasher, space for fridge/freezer and there is a door accessing the side of the property. There is a rear aspect dining room with sliding doors to the rear garden. From the living room, a staircase leads up to the landing with doors to all three bedrooms, which are all good sizes, and the bathroom.
