"Situated just off Cardwells Keep on the outskirts of Guildford is Monro Drive which is a quiet and tucked away location that makes an attractive and peaceful setting for this detached home. The house has been immaculately maintained by our clients in their time there and the result is a beautifully presented light and airy home into which an incoming buyer could move extremely easily. Throughout the ground floor there is a beautiful solid oak floor that helps to create an excellent flow through the entrance hall, sitting room and kitchen/breakfast room, the latter of these two being connected by double opening doors thereby going together to create a very workable living space, particularly as the kitchen has doors leading out onto the terrace and rear garden as well. The kitchen is beautifully fitted with an excellent range of high gloss units, oak work tops and a range of appliances and also has a door leading into the garage which, subject to the usual consents, could easily be converted into a substantial family room.
