"Cobbles are extremely pleased to offer this detached home to let, available in November 2013. The property is offered as furnished to an excellent taste. (Can be unfurnished or part furnished if preferred)

There are 5 double bedrooms spread over the first and second floor, all of great sizes with plenty of storage and wardrobe space. There is a family bathroom, a downstairs cloakroom and 2 en-suites all with under floor heating. The master bedroom overlooks the well kept shared green to the front of the property with a small balcony. It has a walk in wardrobe with hanging rails and shelves and the en-suite has a double shower and jacuzzi bath with a TV fixed to the wall.

The downstairs living space is perfect for entertaining. In the kitchen there is an island with seats, great to use as a breakfast bar, and all appliances such a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher (the owners currently have their tumble dryer in the garage). There is a very large living room with a beautiful fireplace. Recently, the owners had an orangery built which they have been using as a children's play area, it is a wonderful addition to the house providing a light and airy space.

The garden is well kept and quite secluded with two patio areas and lots of seating.

Queen Elizabeth Park is a highly regarded residential area in North Guildford, with many local amenities, including a nursery, Virgin Active Gym and excellent shopping facilities. Knox Road specifically is an exclusive area with a lovely green in front of the houses. There are also several local schools for all ages."
