"Sitting at the end of Tillingbourne Road in Shalford village which is a quiet cul de sac location, this is an opportunity to buy and improve a nicely positioned family home in a very convenient location. The house is within walking distance of Shalford village which has an array of local village shops that very much cater for everyday needs, two local village pubs and its own rail station and is also no more than a few minutes drive from Guildford's more comprehensive and historical town centre. The house is at a stage in its life now where it requires a programme of general modernisation and updating but is an excellent opportunity for a buyer to come in and remodel the house entirely to their own desire. On the ground floor a large front to back sitting room makes a very nicely proportioned, light and airy principal living space for the house with double glazed doors at the back that lead out onto the terrace and rear garden. The kitchen at the side is iftted out with a range of units and has a large larder storage cupboard as well as side access leading to the adjacent workshop at the garden at the back.
