"Both internally and externally this property feels like a show home and yet retains an abundance of character due to the exposed beams throughout, along with the Inglenook fireplace. As you enter the property there is a lovely stone floored entrance hall with a gallery landing above. To the right is a storage cupboard and also a downstairs cloakroom with a frosted front aspect window and is neutrally decorated with towel basin; mixer tap; slate floor and tiled walls. Immediately ahead is a separate utility room with built-in wooden units and lovely granite work surfaces with room for a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a back door leading to the path which is the side access for the property. The utility room then leads through to the spacious rear aspect kitchen/breakfast room with a range of modern wooden units and granite work surfaces together with a beautiful view over the garden. The kitchen has a fitted double electric oven; electric hob and a newly tiled floor. To the far left is the breakfast area, which has ample room for a table and chairs. The kitchen/breakfast room then flows into the additional reception rooms, initially a spacious dining area with a lovely feature wall, and could easily seat 10 people comfortably. To the right is the Orangery, which is a recent extension to the house and is absolutely stunning. The Orangery has a large porcelain tiled floor with under floor heating and has two sets of double doors to the garden with a lantern style roof making it ideal for entertaining in both the summer and winter. The dining room is semi open plan and leads round to the living room. The living room is front and side aspect and therefore filled with an abundance of natural light. The inglenook fireplace is a real feature and is quirky in many respects, again making this house very appealing all year round.

As you walk up the stairs the galleried landing provides a view over the bright entrance hall way again bringing an influx of light to the landing. The master bedroom is front aspect and is a very spacious double with stylish built-in wardrobes with the added benefit of an en suite shower room. The shower room has a modern heated towel rail; beige tiles; his and hers basins and great storage draws below. There are two further double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and bedroom four is a large single bedroom. The family bathroom is spacious and has a large tiled beige floor with matching wall tiles; a bath with a shower screen and shower above, and a heated towel rail."
