Merrow Park is conveniently located within easy reach of local shops, reputable schools and bus services to Guildford town centre.

Situation
The property is situated within Merrow Park which is a development of residential properties dating from the late 1970's to early 1980's. It is located about 3 miles to the east of the Town Centre, close to a range of local shops including a Sainsbury's and an Aldi supermarket and a Marks & Spencer food store. There is an excellent range of both private and state schools in the area including George Abbot Comprehensive and Merrow Infant School, which are both within walking distance. The junction with the A3 is approximately 1 mile away, giving fast road access to London and via the M25 to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Guildford and Woking mainline stations are within a 10-15 minute car journey.

Description
The property is approached via a driveway leading to the entrance porch with double-glazed door opening into the hallway with stairs to the first floor, understairs storage cupboard and door to the cloakroom.
