"This superb family home, built in the mid-1970's, offers bright and comfortable accommodation with a detached double garage, ideally located close to local shops in Burpham and also the highly regarded George Abbot School.
The covered pillared entrance porch with timber front door opens to the entrance hallway, which has beautiful 'Karndean' flooring, an under stair storage cupboard and doors to all principal rooms on the ground floor. The cloakroom comprises low-level w.c, hand basin with tiled splash back and also has the 'Karndene' flooring. There are three well proportioned reception rooms; the front aspect dining room has a serving hatch to the kitchen, the triple aspect living room with feature open fireplace with marble inset and hearth and patio doors leading out to the patio, whilst the additional rear aspect reception room could be used as a study or family room.
