"A modern family home in the sought-after Tormead area of town. This well presented home has a most comfortable feel with clean lines and spacious accommodation, benefiting from a gorgeous rear garden that has been very well tended.

DETAILS Perfection for families. This pleasant residential road offers a great deal of peace and quiet, and sits in the epicenter of all the renowned state and private schools, yet still within walking distance to Guildford's High Street and train stations. STPP, it is crying out to be extended as other properties close by have already done, to create an even more substantial family home. Upon entering the hallway, the first thing you notice is the light that floods into the house. The lounge opens up into the dining room which in turn leads out onto the delightful rear garden. Both these rooms, as is the rest of the house, are extremely well presented and of a good size. From the hallway there is a large cloakroom which has the space to install a shower, making an useful extra facility.
