This pleasant residential road sits in the epicentre of all the renowned state and private schools, yet still within walking distance of Guildford?+?s High street and train stations. The property has been cleverly extended and redecorated throughout in recent years and comes to the market with no onward chain. The entrance hall has lovely wooden floors and opens to all principle rooms. To the right is a study with a front aspect. There is also a large cupboard ideal for coats/storage.
