"This top floor conversion apartment in this sought after Guildford town centre road, provides well proportioned accommodation including a super sized sitting room and bedroom. A security entry phone system gives access to the communal staircase and stairs lead up to the second floor landing where our flat is the only one on this floor. All rooms lead off the entrance hall, the sitting room is a lovely large room with a Victorian style fire surround and gas coal effect fire and fitted base level cupboards. However the real feature of this room is the view across the rooftops of Guildford towards the Surrey Hills. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of oak style units and woodblock work surfaces incorporating a fitted breakfast bar. There is a fitted four burner gas hob and spaces for a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine; also here is a wall mounted gas boiler. The bedroom is an excellent size with built-in double wardrobe, Victorian style fire surround and front aspect sash windows. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite and the heating is via gas central heating to radiators.
