"OPEN DAY on Saturday 1st May at 10.30am - 12.00pm. A substantial four bedroom family home in a highly regarded residential street close to Guildford town centre and close to many excellent schools with potential for extension and improvement, subject to planning permission.

DETAILS This is a well positioned family home built in the 1950's arranged over two floors, set in a mature plot and situated in a highly regarded residential road, within close proximity to many excellent schools including Guildford High, Tormead, Lanesborough & the Royal Grammar School. The current owners have already been granted planning permission for a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension, which is still valid. A covered entrance porch with wooden front door opens into a large entrance hall from which doors lead to the main reception rooms and the kitchen. In the entrance hall, under the stairs, there is a cloakroom with low level W.C. and wash hand basin. The living room runs from the front to the back of the house and incorporates a real fire as a focal point.
