"A delightful two double bedroom Victorian cottage that offers a wonderful blend of modern and period features. The entrance hall leads through to a sitting room which is a stylish room with modern wood flooring, feature open fireplace and archway through to a good sized dining room to the front of the property. The kitchen has been created by way of an extension and features a range of cream base and eye level units, beech work tops, a butler sink, space for appliances and an area for a small dining table with chairs, plus french doors leading out to the garden. Off the entrance hall there is a cloakroom with wc and hand basin, and stairs leading up to the first floor split landing.
