"This is a four bedroom semi-detached house located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Situated in Milford the property is close to local amenities and Milford main line station is just under one mile from the house.

The accommodation comprises three reception rooms, kitchen with a separate utility room and a downstairs WC and continues upstairs with two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The house is set back from the road with off street parking for two cars. On entering there is a hall way with the downstairs WC immediately on your right hand side with the stairs beyond. On the right one enters the well proportioned main reception room with a feature fireplace, which leads through to the dining room.
