"An attractive 4 bedroom semi detached family house with large garden and outlook over fields. The house is located in the popular Busbridge area of Godalming being within easy reach of the town centre and main line station.

DETAILS An attractive semi-detached house believed to have been originally constructed in the 1930s, having brick elevations under a pitched tiled roof. Over the years the property has been the subject of many improvements with works that have included a two storey extension to the rear of the house adding a bedroom, shower room and enlarging the kitchen. The house now provides bright, spacious and well planned accommodation ideally suited to family life. Internally the accommodation includes, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, cloakroom, sitting room with open fireplace, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room and utility room, whilst on the first floor there are four good sized bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. The principal bedroom and the sitting room both enjoy a delightful aspect over fields. The house also benefits from gas fired central heating. Outside a gravel driveway provides off-road parking for several vehicles, whilst to the rear of the house there is a large level garden which extends to approximately 130ft being fully enclosed and offering a good deal of privacy with many mature shrubs and trees."
