On the entering the house there is hallway providing access to all the downstairs rooms; ahead is the elegant staircase leading to the first floor. The well proportioned sitting room is in the middle of the house with three windows radiating light and the open fireplace providing the focal point of the room, with a built in cupboard and shelves to the left hand side of it.

The light and airy kitchen has contemporary fitted units with black granite work surfaces, a range style cooker and a tiled floor. There is side access to the kitchen through a part glazed stable door. Through the kitchen there is a breakfast room, with matching tiled floor and double doors opening out onto the paved patio area and rear garden.

Upstairs the accommodation comprises four bedrooms and the refurbished family bathroom.
The bright front bedroom is a double room and there may be potential to create an en-suite shower room with WC, subject to the usual planning permissions. The generous master bedroom has fitted wardrobes on either side of the chimney breast and retains its cast iron fireplace.

The third bedroom, at the rear of the house, is another double room, with views over the rear garden. Next to this is the spacious, well appointed family bathroom, finished in a traditional style, in keeping with the character of the house, with a roll top bath, pedestal basin, WC and corner shower cubicle. The fourth bedroom is a single room.

Outside the enclosed mature rear garden faces South East, being mainly laid to lawn with established borders well stocked with trees, shrubs and perennial plants.
