Of particular note is the open plan kitchen and dining room with double doors onto a professionally landscaped rear garden; the combined space delivers a naturally light and social area connecting the inside with the out. The kitchen is a high specification with corian work surfaces, integrated appliances and a 6 burner Rangemaster oven.

Situation
Wolseley Road is located on the Guildford side of the town, between Farncombe and Godalming, being a pleasant well established residential road, with houses mainly built at around the turn of century. It is a very convenient position, well away from main roads, with a footpath close by, providing a pedestrian 'short cut' down into Godalming town by The Lammas Lands and another which links with Farncombe mainline station within half a mile. Farncombe village provides a good selection of local shops, as well as the wide expanse of Broadwater Park, with its large lake and Leisure Centre. There is a good range of schools for all age groups in the immediate area. Access onto the A3 the London/Portsmouth Road can be found at Hurtmore, whilst the County Town of Guildford is about 4.5 miles away.

Outside
There is a parking area to the front whereby the current owners are able to park two cars. To the rear is an architectural courtyard, consisting of raised beds, hardwood timber decking and limestone paving with an interesting mix of tropical plants including Japonica, Bamboo, Banana Plant, and various palms, grasses and ferns.
