"A most attractive and tastefully decorated detached 4 bedroom family house full of character and very much in keeping with the Victorian era, with sash windows, fireplaces, internal panelled doors, well proportioned rooms and good ceiling heights. The entrance hall has patterned floor tiles, and the sitting room has a cast iron open fireplace and a lovely sash bay window. The house has been extended in recent years to provide open plan living on the ground floor, and a larger bedroom and ensuite to the first floor with a fourth bedroom situated on the second floor. The kitchen/ dining room, which has doors opening onto the garden, is fitted with a shaker style kitchen with granite work surfaces. From the first floor there are views across the recreation ground and up to Frith hill.

Situation
Wolseley Road is located on the Guildford side of the town, between Farncombe and Godalming, being a pleasant well established residential road, with houses mainly built at around the turn of century. It is a very convenient position, well away from main roads, with a footpath close by, providing a pedestrian 'short cut' down into Godalming by The Lammas Lands.
Farncombe mainline station is approx. 0.3 mile with Farncombe village providing a good selection of local shops, as well as the wide expanse of Broadwater Park, with its large lake and Leisure Centre. There is a good range of schools for all age groups in the immediate area. Access onto the A3 the London/Portsmouth Road can be found at Hurtmore, whilst the County Town of Guildford is about 4.5 miles away.

Outside
To the front there is a paved driveway providing parking for one car and some raised beds with climbers around the front door. To the rear, immediately adjoining the house is a stone paved terrace, ideal for outdoor entertaining, and the garden is lawned with well stocked flower beds and borders.
