"Since its construction in the 1930s, the property has seen significant improvements and now comes with a more conventional layout with the bathroom having been moved upstairs. This has allowed the downstairs to be altered and comes with the original sitting room to the front which has a deep understairs cupboard and doors to both the study/breakfast room and kitchen. This has been fitted with a range of farmhouse style pine base and eye level units with a built in stainless steel oven and hob. To the side is a useful larder cupboard and there is a further door to the study/breakfast room which has patio doors leading to the rear. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room with additional appliance space and there is a separate cloakroom. Upstairs has 2 well proportioned bedrooms with extensive built in wardrobes to the master. Both have the use of a 3 piece family bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Other notable features include replacement UPVC double glazed windows and gas central heating. The rear garden has a large patio with extensive areas of lawn beyond and for space for shed/summerhouse to the rear. An enclosed side path with gate leads to the front which provides parking for 3 cars."
