Situation
Located in a quiet no through road and so convenient for both Godalming High Street and Farncombe Village, with their mix of independent cafes and shops and also the mainline stations to London Waterloo. Sainsbury's, Homebase and Waitrose superstores are nearby, as well as beautiful countryside walks. The tow path on the River Wey can be found at Farncombe boat house where it's possible to walk to Guildford and beyond. There is a variety of schooling in the area for all age groups.
