"This well presented Victorian home has been updated by the current owners and offers spacious accommodation with period and modern touches throughout. From the front door you enter and to the left is a larger than average living room with front aspect sash windows, built in storage either side of a feature fireplace, real oak floor. The modern touches to this room is Sky connection, phone line, speaker wires for surround-sound in the walls. From the right of the front door is the dining room which has been updated, again offering real oak floor, rear aspect sash window, understairs storage cupboard, decorated in neutral colours, and a doorway through to the kitchen. One of the "wow" features to this property is the modern kitchen which has been well thought out and updated to a high standard, offering oak worktops, a range of base and eye level units, cream tiled floor, sink and drainer, built in gas hob with extractor fan, built in stainless steel oven, built in fridge/freezer.
