"A wonderful home, impeccably presented and beautifully maintained in a quiet, no through road in the Charterhouse area of Godalming. Owned by our clients since new, the property has bright and well proportioned living space over two floors. The sitting room is double aspect with large double doors opening out onto the terrace and rear garden and has a fabulous stock brick inglenook fireplace as a focal point. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with a range of appliances and plenty of storage and workspace and opens into an adjacent breakfast room area, large enough for a table and separate seating area and with similar large double doors opening out to a further terrace area and the rear garden. All four bedrooms on the first floor are light and generous in size, particularly the master suite which has a large dressing room adjacent as well as an ensuite bathroom. Throughout the property there is a real sense of careful presentation and quality workmanship. Designed around the premise of minimal maintenance the property has recently replaced windows, soffits and barge boards.
