"Only minutes from Godalming town centre and located on the lower slopes of Frith Hill, this is a fine example of 1920's architecture in beautifully landscaped gardens. Built over several levels the house has an intriguing flow of accommodation that manages to successfully accentuate the cosy, period character of the original reception space with the more modern notion of an informal, eat-in kitchen and open plan family room. Refitted and beautifully appointed the kitchen is allied also to a large, useful utility room. Bedrooms are well proportioned and are over two floors (first and lower ground) affording a great deal of flexibility of use. Bathrooms are again recently refitted to a very high standard and there is current planning (WA/2010/2237) granted to provide both a separate studio and private parking bays. The property is situated so that the rear aspect is due South and so the house is characterised by an abundance of light adding to the real sense of period charm.

Situation
On the southern slopes of Frith Hill the property is conveniently located within 750 metres of the mainline station and Godalming's pretty semi-pedestrianised High Street with its wide range of interesting shops (including Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets), cafes and restaurants. The station serves Waterloo in about 47 minutes. The A3 is readily accessible at Milford some 2.5 miles away. All the highly regarded schools within Busbridge are within easy reach including Godalming 6th form college, with Charterhouse, Prior's field and Aldro also being nearby. Access onto open countryside including attractive riverside walks are also within half a mile.
