"This well presented three bedroom, semi-detached family home is located in a popular residential area within easy reach of Farncombe main line station, providing direct services to London Waterloo in about 45 minutes.

Believed to have been built in the early 1970's, with brick and half wood ship lap elevations under a pitched tiled roof and including an integrated single garage

Internally the house is presented in good decorative order with bright and well planned accommodation. On the ground floor there is an enclosed entrance porch, spacious dining room, living room with sliding doors out to the rear garden and a separate kitchen.

On the first floor the accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, of which two are doubles and a further single room and the family bathroom. Outside a concrete driveway provides off-road parking for two cars in front of the integral single garage. The South facing rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with established borders of mature shrubs and bushes and is level and fully enclosed.
