"Orginally built in the early 1900s as one of the cottages associated with the Farnham Pottery, this property has since been substantially extended to provide a spacious family home. The entrance lobby opens into the wide hallway, which leads you to the downstairs reception rooms and kitchen. A study to the right of the hallway has been well positioned, separate from the main living accommodation, to offer a quieter area to work. From the hallway, the downstairs opens out into dining room

(currently being used as a sitting room),with a cast iron wood burner set within the chimney breast. From here you gain access to the sitting room, which overlooks the front of the property, and which also has a charming open fireplace. From the dining room, glazed French windows lead out into the conservatory, which soaks up the southerly sun, and enjoys access to the large patio and garden. A door off the conservatory leads to the utility room, which in turn provides access to the garage. The open plan layout downstairs brings the reception rooms and kitchen together creating an excellent space for entertaining both family and friends. The dining room also leads to the kitchen/breakfast room, which is beautifully finished with wood work surfaces, ceramic Butler style sink and numerous cream Shaker style units beneath, complete with range cooker with extractor over and space for a fridge freezer. A door into the garden allows the southerly sun to flood through, and also takes you out onto the patio.

An attractive wooden balustrade staircase offers access to the first floor. The width of the landing and double aspect continues the light theme and offers enough space to perhaps create a separate study area with an appealing view across the garden.
