"A delightful detached cottage with brick elevations relieved by leaded light windows under a tiled roof. The cottage has been very well maintained by the present owners and has retained much of its character with lovely natural oak front door. The accommodation is arranged in such a way to provide extremely flexible living space with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one large bedroom on the first floor. The sitting room has an attractive bay window and a marble fire surround and mantelpiece with fitted gas fire. The kitchen is fitted with a range of oak fronted wall and base units with integrated dishwasher, four ring gas hob and electric double oven. This is open plan to the double aspect dining room. The property has a gas fired central heating system and there is some secondary glazing.

Situation
The property is situated in a very well established residential road tucked away from the main road and sits behind mature hedgerows which provide good screening and privacy. The house is on the north side of Farnham and within a short walk is the local village green and Farnham Park is nearby providing excellent walking and recreational facilities. Nearby are a good range of local schools for all age groups as well as Tesco Express and a local pub. There are very good road links with easy access to the A31 which links the M3, A3 and ultimately the M25.
