"A recently refurbished 3/4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi-detached house situated in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Farnham town, with a good sized rear garden.

DETAILS An established semi-detached house which has been subject to recent refurbishment and improvement, including the installation of a new kitchen, sealed unit double glazed windows, a new boiler, first floor bathroom and redecoration. Approached via an entrance lobby into the entrance hall with a cloakroom and storage cupboard off. A door leads to the sitting room with bay window, and recently installed large kitchen/breakfast room which is a great feature of the house, with floor and wall mounted units, inset sink and breakfast bar, tiled floors, useful utility cupboard off and stable doors leading to the side garden.
