"Upon turning into this cul de sac there is a feeling of wealth, sophistication and happy living. The house has a prominent position at the end and is approached through large electronic gates that give access to the in and out driveway. Upon entry there is a warm comfortable feel that is further complimented by the size of the accommodation and the luxury fixtures and fittings. Having a kitchen with a conservatory measuring in excess of 20 feet immediately speaks volumes for the vastness of this property. Being part brick, glass and timber the conservatory is triple aspect and benefits from sunshine throughout the day. Sunken halogen lamps provide ample light during the evening. The marble floor is continued through into the kitchen where they have very cleverly fitted more lamps into the floor. The kitchen boasts an enormous amount of storage at eye and base level with wonderful wooden units and the fitted coffee maker is a great talking point as is the double Fisher and Parkel Dishdrawers. A large Falcon range cooker, hot plate and extractor provide wonderful cooking appliances and there is an oven/microwave to compliment. The utility room provides space for washing machine and tumble dryer and even more storage with the units matching those in the kitchen.

The large downstairs wet room has a heated towel rail and marble tiles from floor to ceiling. A great idea is the lift that provides access to the first floor for anyone not willing or able to take on the stairs. A small television snug or study provides a quiet area and then there is the huge reception room. Built for entertaining whilst retaining its cosiness this room provides a highly versatile area and includes a beautiful Italian marble working fireplace. There is a large bay area which gives access to the terraces and being triple aspect the room is afforded loads of natural light. To one corner just off the hallway is the split staircase that gives access to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. All the bedrooms are doubles with the two end ones providing the most space. To the left is possibly the master suite with double doors leading onto a balcony and a huge bathroom. The other large bedroom at the opposite end has copious amounts wardrobe space and another beautiful bathroom. A further family bathroom makes three in all. All the bathrooms are beautifully finished with top of the range fixtures and fittings and marble tiling. Two further bedrooms are available though one might make a fantastic dressing room given the amount of wardrobe storage that can be found. A door leads to stairs that give access to the two double bedrooms in the eaves as well as plenty of storage space."
