"An attractive and well presented four bedroom family house with rendered elevations relieved by double glazed windows under a tiled roof. The house has been modified in the past to provide well proportioned ground floor accommodation, however there is potential to enlarge the property further subject to obtaining the necessary planning consent. The sitting room is double aspect with double doors opening into the garden, there is a stone fireplace with real flame gas fire. Off the sitting room is a good size study which in turn opens into the conservatory which takes full advantage of the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a modern range of units with range cooker. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor and off one of the bedrooms there is a useful playroom

The property is situated in a sought after residential road and is only a level walk to the mainline station which provides a regular train service to Waterloo within the hour.
