"Offered to the market with no onward chain is this superb three bedroom detached family home. In need of some modernisation this home offers further scope subject to the usual consents and your own investigations. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor a wonderful light and airy lounge with feature fireplace, a large separate dining room, a fitted kitchen and a bedroom/study. In all a super family house in one of our requested locations in South Farnham.

Situation
The house is situated in a convenient location and the road comprises of many individual, detached houses of varying designs and styles. It is approximately 0.25 mile away from The Ridgway shops, which include a butcher, a baker, Tesco Express and an off licence. The centre of Farnham is approximately 1 mile away providing a comprehensive range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a main line station to Waterloo within the hour which is only a short walk away. Schools for all age groups are close at hand, many of which are extremely popular and perform to the highest level including Weydon secondary school. Farnham is well placed for the commuter with excellent road links from the A31 to the A331 and M3, and the A3 linking London and the South Coast, and providing good access to Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton airports. The surrounding area boasts many miles of open countryside ideal for walking and riding including Bourne Woods, Frensham Ponds and Hankley Common. There is golf at Farnham, Hankley and Hindhead.
