The property is nicely presented and offers comfortable and easy accommodation with good flexibility utilising the space available across one floor. There is planning for enlargement offering a larger kitchen and sitting room if desired. As you enter the bungalow there is a welcoming entrance hall giving access to the sitting room, dining room and then onto the kitchen breakfast room and utility room. Situation
Three Stiles Road is a road off Crondall Lane just outside Farnham and is in two parts. The first section is tarmacadam with pavements and street lighting and then there is access to a second part which is a private gravel lane leading to a number of houses. This property is located on your right as you proceed along the lane. Farnham itself offers a comprehensive range of restaurants, bistros and cafes, as well as a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities. There is a main line station within walking distance which provides a service to London Waterloo within the hour. There is easy access to the A3 via the A31 leading to Guildford, the M25 and the national motorway network. Heathrow and Gatwick are easily accessible from this location.
