"Located down a highly sought after private lane within 1 mile of Farnham Town Centre is this five bedroom detached family home. Sat on a plot of circa 0.28 acres, and in need of some modernisation, this home offers a bright and airy feel throughout whilst offering a buyer scope to make this home their own. The flexible accommodation comprises on the ground floor a dual aspect dining room and a sitting room, both of which have doors that lead onto the beautiful decking and the garden, a fitted kitchen, three double bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate WCs. Moving upstairs there are another two double bedrooms, and a further family bathroom.

Situation
Three Stiles Road is a road off Crondall Lane just outside Farnham and is in two parts. The first section is tarmacadam with pavements and street lighting and then there is access to a second part which is a private gravel lane leading to a number of houses. This property is located at the near end of the private lane on the left. Farnham itself offers a comprehensive range of restaurants, bistros and cafes, as well as a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities. There is a main line station within walking distance which provides a service to London Waterloo within the hour. There is an excellent range of private and state schools in the area and many state schools offer transport from Farnham Centre. There is easy access to the A3 via the A31 leading to Guildford, the M25 and the national motorway network. Heathrow and Gatwick are easily accessible from this location. There are a variety of Golf Courses surrounding Farnham all within easy reach, as are wide tracks of country side and National Trust Lands, providing excellent opportunities of walking, riding and country pursuits and activities.
